We do not accept replacement or refund unless there is quality problem in the bag that makes it unusable.
The product must be post-marked no later than 5 days from the day you received it.
The product must be returned unused and in the original condition you received it in, with all original packaging and no signs of wear. Sorry, used products cannot be credited back.
By wearing the product the first time, our refund policy is voided. The product is subject to final inspection before your return is processed.
